PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 env. unflavored Knox gelatin
3/4 c. cold water
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine sugar and drained pineapple in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice and enough cold water to equal the 3/4 cup. Add to pineapple mixture; cool.

Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese, add to cooled pineapple mixture. Beat slowly - pour into mold. Gels quickly.
