RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. red food color

Mix cream, oil, sugar, eggs, cocoa and food color together. Sift flour and salt. Add milk, soda, vinegar and flavor together. Bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 c. 3x powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Combine.
