SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach 1 1/2 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 stick butter 6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 tbsp. flour Cook spinach until almost done; drain well. Add butter and cheeses and stir until cheese melts. Beat eggs; add flour; add spinach mixture. Place in 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
