BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain broccoli after thawing. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs. Add cheese and drained broccoli. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake about 1 hour. (Can use spinach or corn.) 6 servings. |
