NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. wide noodles
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 c. corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cereal flakes
Cinnamon and sugar

Cook noodles and drain. Mix with butter and salt. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add milk, 2 cups crushed corn flakes, sour cream and vanilla.

Let stand for 1 hour. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour crushed cereal flakes on top. Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves: 10 to 12.
