SALAD:

2 pkgs. fresh spinach
1 1/2 - 2 pts. sliced strawberries

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. sesame
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash and break fresh spinach into bite-sized pieces. Add fresh sliced strawberries. Combine dressing ingredients; mix well and add to salad just before serving. A very popular summer salad.
