RHUBARB CRISP 
5 c. sliced rhubarb
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine rhubarb and 1 tablespoon flour in 8-inch glass baking dish. Drizzle with honey; set aside. Microwave butter in glass mixing bowl 1/4 to 1/2 minute or until softened. Mix in remaining ingredients with fork just until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Microwave, uncovered, 15 to 17 minutes or until mixture is bubbly in center. Makes about 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
