RIO BRAVO PRALINES 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
3/4 c. half & half
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt

Put in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 12 minutes. Stir contents every 3 minutes. After 12 minutes, beat until tacky. Overbeating makes it sugary, underbeating will not harden. Drop by tablespoon on buttered wax paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
