GAZPACHO - USE BLENDER 
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 sm. clove of garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat all ingredients to boiling point, do not boil. 80 calories per serving. Serving is 1/2 cup.
