GAZPACHO SOUP 
1 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/3 c. chopped scallions
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 sm. minced garlic clove
2-3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped cucumber

Combine in glass jar or stainless steel bowl. Cover and chill 4 hours. Serve with croutons. Serves 6-8.
