SUPREME BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized cheese spread
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Saute onions in melted butter until tender. Blend in flour. Stir in water and cook until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and cheese, blending well. Add broccoli. Spoon mixture into greased 2 quart casserole and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
