REUBEN MELT 
1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
16 oz. sauerkraut, drain & rinse
3 packs dried corned beef, cut up
1/4 c. 1000 Island

Slow cook until melted together in crock pot. Serve with rye bread, crackers, etc.
