1 box Jiffy muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 med. onion
Dash of salt

Melt butter in 9 x 5 inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread evenly in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
