CHRISTMAS WASSAIL 
1 gallon apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1/4 tsp. mace
1/2 c. dark rum
1/2 c. brandy

Simmer apple cider, cinnamon, allspice and mace for 30 minutes. Add rum and brandy. Can be kept warm in coffee maker.
