CHEESE POUCHES 
1 lb. grated New York extra sharp (grated cheddar cheese)
1/4 lb. blue cheese, grated
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic salt, red pepper & paprika
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Blend above. Take 2 loaves thin slice white bread, 2 sticks butter. Trim crust bread and put butter on one side. Place a heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture on unbuttered side of bread. Pull the 4 corners; to middle and secure. Freeze. Take from freezer and cook in 400 degree oven 10 minutes on top rack of oven. Serve immediately while hot. May use before freezing, but don't cook as long. These are really delicious.
