CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened & mashed
1 jar dried beef, finely chopped
4 or 5 green onions, finely chopped (use some of the green)
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (use more or less to taste)

Mix and form ball. Refrigerate. Let stand about 4 hours for seasoning to blend. Serve with Ritz or other crackers.
