CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. nuts, ground very fine
Dash of salt
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 clove garlic, mashed
Chili powder

Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Combine all but chili powder in electric mixer. Put in refrigerator 30 minutes to firm up for handling. Roll in ball and roll in chili powder. Freezes well. Left over ball may be re-shaped and frozen again.
