ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 cups corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can be made night before or earlier in day. Cover and refrigerate. Just before baking, sprinkle with corn flake mixture.
