SUPPER CLUB ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
4 c. thin sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place Miracle Whip, flour, salt, pepper and milk in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place potatoes in a 10 x 6 pan. Pour sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Serves 6.

Double recipe for 12 people, adding 1/4 cup water to sauce, and bake in 9 x 13 pan.
