ESCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. diced onion 1/2 pt. sour cream Mix and place in 9x12 greased dish. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and put on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Freezes well and reheats well. |
