PUMPKIN CUSTARD (DIET) 
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip lite
Desired amount of canned pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices

Mix pudding and milk together. Fold in whipped topping and pumpkin. Add spices. 1 1/2 cup serving = 1/2 milk & 20 calories.
