PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. scalded milk

Mix sugar, flour and spices; add eggs and mix well. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk gradually. Turn into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
