CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c. butter
Salt to taste
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can English peas
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 hen, cooked and cut up
10-15 oz. vermicelli
1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
Pasteurized process cheese, cubed (Velveeta)

Can substitute 2 cans Rotel tomatoes.

Can substitute frozen peas.

Can substitute 4-6 chicken breasts.
