PEAR MINCEMEAT 
8 c. ground pears
6 c. ground apples
2 lb. raisins
4 ground oranges
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Cook for 1 hour on low heat. Makes about 6 quarts. You can freeze or cold pack 25 minutes.
