FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) roll sugar cookie dough
1 (4 oz.) carton cream cheese
1 sm. jar apricot preserve
Bananas, seedless grapes or your choice of fruit

Slice cookies about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick, and place on cookie sheet so that the edges barely touch. Bake cookies until brown. Let cool.

Meanwhile beat the cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy, then spread this mixture over cooled cookie dough.

Chop the bananas into small pieces, halve grapes and drop on top of cooled cookie dough. Spread some of the apricot preserves on top for a glazed effect.
