CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
1 (50) pkg. Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine caramels and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Cook over low heat until melted (slow). May put in microwave. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Combine dry cake mix, 3/4 cup butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. This will be stiff. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into the bottom of pan. Bake this for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chocolate chips over this and nuts. Pour caramel over top of this, then crumble remaining dough mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
