NANA'S ROULADEN 
Round steak or sirloin (cut thin in rectangles)
Mustard (Grey Poupon, best)
Bacon (fried crisp)
Onion (sliced very thin)
Salt and pepper
Baby dill pickles (sliced thin)
Flour

Lay slices of beef on counter. Spread each slice with: mustard, salt, pepper, strip of bacon, slice of onion, and dill pickle. Roll meat and fasten with toothpicks. Lightly coat meat rolls with flour. Brown in frying pan (with some bacon drippings and a little olive oil). Remove meat and line up in baking dish. Add water to frying pan, bring to a boil scraping up brown bits. Pour juices over meat. Cover tightly. Cook for 2 hours at about 350 degrees, or 325 degrees for longer. Serve with rice.
