FLEISCH ROULADEN 
6 breakfast steaks or round steaks, tenderized
1 med. onion
Parsley
6 slices bacon
6 dill pickle spears
Garlic powder
Mustard
Oil for browning
2 cans mushrooms

Sprinkle meat with garlic and tenderizer. Spread generously with mustard. Place on each a wedge of onion, pickle, a slice of bacon and a sprig of parsley. Roll up and secure with pick. Heat oil. Brown in skillet on all sides and add 2 cups water. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Thicken with flour, add mushrooms. Serve over noodles.
