ALASKAN BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms
1 med. white onion
1/2 c. white wine
Garlic
Salt & pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1 bag wide egg noodles

Slice round steak in thin small strips. In frying pan brown with butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Add onion and cook until tender. Add mushroom soup, sliced fresh mushrooms and wine. Bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add sour cream just before serving, heat but don't boil. Serve over noodles.
