EASY PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES | |
1 roll refrigerated sugar or peanut butter slice & bake cookie dough 36 miniature reeses peanut butter cups Divide dough into 9 equal pieces. Now cut each slice into 4 pieces. Put one piece into each cup of greased miniature muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. While cookies are baking, unwrap candies. When cookies are removed from oven IMMEDIATELY press one candy cup into the center of each hot cookie. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove carefully and place on a paper towel until cool. Children like to help make these but be careful they don't burn. Variation: Use peanut butter "Slice & Bake" cookies and Hershey Kisses (plain or almond). Friend of Jerry & Terry Minser |
