EASY CRANBERRY PIE 
2 c. rinsed cranberries (or 1 c. cranberries, 1 c. diced apple)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Grease 9-10 inch pie plate. Preheat oven 325 degrees.

Mix cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar and walnuts and put in greased pie plate. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and 1 cup sugar. Add flour and melted butter. Beat again. Pour over berry mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes. It makes its own "crust" on top.
