TOMATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 med. tomatoes, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips

Arrange half of tomatoes slices in bottom of 1 1/2 quart dish. Arrange half of cheese and onions slices in layers over tomatoes. Sprinkle half salt and pepper. Repeat: top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Yield: 4 servings.
