TORTILLA CHIPS | |
Cut corn tortilla dough after it has been rolled out, or pressed thin, in small strips and fry in deep fat at 375 degrees F. until crisp and toast brown. Drain on paper and salt, if desired. Serve with smooth mashed avocado seasoned with finely chopped onion. Or eat them as they are. Tortilla chips are wonderful in salads too. |
