TORTILLA CHIPS | |
1 or 2 pkgs. corn tortillas Oil for deep frying Salt Cumin Cayenne to taste Cut tortillas in eighths. Cook them eight at a time in deep, hot (375 degrees) oil for 1 minute, turning several times. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with mixture of salt, cumin and cayenne. Store in air tight container up to 24 hours. |
