EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
18 sugar substitutes
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pastry shell

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; add milk and blend. Pour mixture into pastry shell dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place pie in preheated oven immediately reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving. Yields 1 9-inch pie.
