ROASTED GARLIC LIME CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts, about 1 to 2 lb.
2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper

Spray 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; arrange chicken in dish. Sprinkle chicken with lime juice, then garlic salt and seasoned pepper. Roast in 400°F oven until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear when cut, about 30 minutes.
