ROASTED CHICKEN WITH GARLIC AND
ROSEMARY
 
8 chicken breast halves

MARINADE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
4 lg. garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Skin the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
