IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate; top with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and egg until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour over beef mixture in pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Place sliced tomatoes and cheese on top for last 15 minutes of baking and continue baking until browned. Serves 6.
