NANCY'S MACARONI | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cook 1/4 lb. Jack cheese, grate & mix with 1 lb. Cheddar cheese Layer macaroni and cheese and pat with butter. Salt and pepper each layer. Put 2 raw eggs in a 2 cup measuring cup. Fill with milk, whip and pour over final layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until top is brown and bubbly. Cook in glass baking dish, fills 2 generous loaf pans. |
