ALL IN ONE DINNER 
Layer raw potatoes, sliced
Layer onion, sliced
Bacon strips or bacon pieces
Green pepper slices
Layer uncooked hamburger, season with salt & pepper
Layer shredded cheese
3 tbsp. uncooked rice
Layer carrots, sliced thin

Pour over 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
