3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 cut grated onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash garlic salt

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot, cut into squares.
