EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken. Spread over the top 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Mix in a separate bowl 2 cans mushroom soup and 1 can milk. Pour over the top of chicken and cheese. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over 1 package Caesar salad croutons. Put buttered croutons on top of chicken mixture. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
