JEROME COOKIES 
Graham crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter flavoring

Line ungreased 9 x 13 inch shallow pan with whole graham crackers. Melt together 1 1/2 sticks butter and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 egg to 1/2 cup milk and beat together. Add to butter and sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup graham crackers, 1 cup pecans, and 1 cup coconut. Stir 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon butter flavoring. Stir and pour over first layer of crackers. Put second layer of crackers (whole) on top of filling.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Mix ingredients together. Spread frosting over top layer of crackers, and then sprinkle with coconut.
