COOL RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 (23 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dry seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 bag Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet melt butter. Add chicken to skillet. Sauté on medium heat until cooked through.

In a large mixing bowl combine soup, cream cheese and dry seasoning mix. Add cooked chicken. Spoon chicken mixture into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese then crushed Doritos.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
