JAMBALYA 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 bunch parsley
Garlic
1 lg. green pepper
1 can beef broth
Worcestershire sauce
2 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt

Slice thin and fry sausage. Add vegetables and saute to this add rice, broth, and water. Put in crock pot cook over night on low.
