CARAMEL FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, add brown sugar and milk. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm and add to powdered sugar. Beat well. Very good on angel food cake.
