KAY'S CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast in 2 inch pieces
2 jars Progresso sweet fried peppers and onions
1 jar Progresso pepper salad
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs

Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry chicken in hot oil and place in baking dish. Add strained jars of peppers and mushrooms.

Pour wine and chicken broth over all just before baking. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees 45 minutes or until hot.
