KAY'S BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until mixed. Pour into lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix in double boiler. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cool and beat until thickens; then pour over brownies.
