BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES | |
1 box brown sugar 2 sticks butter (melt and cool) 2 eggs 2 c. flour (plain) 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate bits Pecans (optional) Add melted butter to sugar, beat well. Add 2 eggs, beat, add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Add chocolate bits and nuts. Set oven 325 degrees. Pour mixture into 2 (9 inch) pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool and slice. |
