3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 3/4 lb. very fine noodles 1 pkg. of Lipton onion soup 1 pt. sour cream Salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg (optional) Cook and drain spinach, cook & drain noodles. Into cooked noodles beat 3 eggs, add onion soup, add sour cream, add spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake in oblong pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
